  現(xiàn)在,混凝土減水劑主要以聚羧酸和萘系兩種為主。聚羧酸減水劑(PCEs)在運用過程中對泥土過于靈敏,功能急劇下降,而萘系具有很好的抗泥性,這也是萘系減水劑在砂石含泥量較高的商砼范疇一向占有主導地位的重要原因。

The test showed that the cement slurry significantly increased the full adsorption capacity of soil to polycarboxylate superplasticizer.

  為更好地在商砼范疇推行聚羧酸減水劑,業(yè)界技術人員近幾年加大了泥土對聚羧酸減水劑功能影響的研討。砂石含泥量小于必定值(3百分之)時,泥土對運用聚羧酸的混凝土流變性及后期強度影響不大,而一旦超越必定量(5百分之),將明顯影響混凝土的流變性及硬化后的強度和耐久性。
